Mr. Ajay Singh

Mr. Ajay Singh is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds post graduate diploma in business management (Finance). He is a senior corporate professional with more than 25 years of expertise in managing a gamut of matters related to corporate legal affairs, risk & compliance, regulatory affairs, secretarial matters, people & team management, general management with very strong PR skills across various sectors. He is well known in the Cable Television Industry for his contribution towards digitisation of the Cable Television Industry. Presently, he is working as Head Corporate Legal, Company Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer of Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited and is on the Board of Hathway Digital Limited, one of India’s leading Muti System Operator.

Mr. Anirudhsinh Jadeja

Mr. Anirudhsinh Jadeja is the Managing Director of our Company. He possesses more than 22 years of experience in Cable and Broadcasting Sector. He is one of the first generation entrepreneurs in Cable and Broadcasting Sector who is highly respected for his great acumen, knowledge of the sector, his entrepreneurship skills and for talent management among others. He has received lot of laurels for his work in the Cable and Broadcasting Sector and has been presented with an award of excellence by One Alliance. He was also honoured for his social services excellence by Dr. Kamla Beniwal, erstwhile Governor of Gujarat. He was recognised as “Business Leader of the Year” at the World Leadership Congress & Awards organised by CMO Asia during February 2021. He is also the current president of All India Digital Federation (AIDCF) – body of leading Multisystem Operators in the Country. He is associated with our Company since inception.

Mr. Amit Shah

Mr. Amit Shah is a Whole-time Director of the Company. He has around 15 years of experience in the cable and internet service provider industries. He has been associated with the Company since 2009. His proactive, personalized approach to the business has helped towards the growth of the Company.

Mrs. Divya Momaya

Mrs. Divya Momaya is an Independent Director of our Company. She is a commerce graduate and is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India having overall experience of 16 years. She is also a member of Institute of Directors and is on working committee of various eminent organisations like Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), JITO Angel Network (JAN), IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry ETC. Mrs. Momaya is founder of D. S. Momaya & Co., Company Secretaries and possesses more than 12 years of relevant experience in the field of secretarial practice. Mrs. Momaya is also the Founder & Director of MMB Advisors Private Limited - MentorMyBoard. Her Corporate Journey includes experience with companies like BSEL Infrastructure Realty Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange Limited.

Mr. Falgun Shah

Mr. Falgun Shah is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has 20+ years of experience in the Accounting domain. He is the founder and CEO of Assetrak, a RegTech firm that is a leading provider of Fixed Asset Tracking Solutions.

Mr. Kunal Chandra

Mr. Kunal Chandra is an Independent Director of our Company. Kunal Chandra is Partner, Trilegal, and is part of the corporate practice group. A seasoned legal professional with over 17 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital investments, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and legal and regulatory advice, Mr. Chandra is a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa, India and also an alumnus of University of Pune. Mr. Chandra is included in the Legal 500 Asia Pacific Directory and has been recognized as one of India’s 50 super lawyers for 2022 by Asian Legal Business.

Mr. Tavinderjit Singh Panesar

Mr. Tavinderjit Singh Panesar is an Additional Director of the Company. He is a highly accomplished professional with three decades of cross functional experience in the diverse industries in the areas of management, strategic planning, Distribution, Business Development, Media & Entertainment and Broadcasting. He has successfully helped Businesses to define their mission and has managed resources to achieve continuity and sustainable growth. He has been a part of the growth journey for various companies and helped them achieve their respective goals quickly especially in broadcasting, media, sales and distribution. He has worked, lead and managed companies like ESPN Star Sports, Star India, Hathway Cable and Datacom and Apollo Tyres and JK Industries at various levels and help them grow in their respective domains. He is a commerce graduate and is currently working with Hathway Cable and Datacom Limited.
